The timber structure, supported by two central wooden pillars, opens to the horizon through floor-to-ceiling glass doors that connect directly to a terrace deck. The pine was left untreated to weather naturally, ensuring that the building matures gracefully into its surroundings, while exposed concrete integrates seamlessly with the interior.

LandingPad addressed the challenging terrain through excavation and the installation of a carefully engineered concrete retaining wall with drainage. Despite its minimal footprint, the studio responds intelligently to the coastal climate, balancing openness, natural light, and durability. Its restrained material palette and thoughtful construction create a calm, adaptable environment for yoga, meditation, small gatherings, or reflection.
